Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Time2Quote, a software-as-a-service product operated in the United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using Time2Quote, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

2. The Service

Time2Quote provides an online platform that allows businesses to create, manage, and export professional quotes and estimates. Features vary by subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

3. Account Registration

You must register for an account to use Time2Quote. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at support@time2quote.co.uk.

Accounts are for individual business use only. You may not share your account credentials with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without their consent.

4. Subscription and Payment

Time2Quote is offered on a subscription basis. The current pricing is as follows:

• Free plan: limited to 3 quotes per month, no credit card required.
• Pro plan: £12.00 per month (including VAT where applicable), unlimited quotes and access to all features.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance on the date you first subscribe. Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you authorise recurring monthly charges to your payment method. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as set out in our cancellation policy below.

We reserve the right to change subscription prices on 30 days' written notice. Continued use after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to Pro features until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

If you are a consumer based in the UK or EEA, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of first subscribing (the "cooling-off period"). To exercise this right, contact us at support@time2quote.co.uk. If you have already accessed the Pro features during the cooling-off period, we may deduct a proportionate amount from any refund.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Time2Quote to:

• violate any applicable UK or international law or regulation;
• create fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive quotes or documents;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's account;
• upload or transmit any malicious code, virus, or harmful material;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the service;
• resell or sub-license access to the service without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these conditions without notice or refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, design, text, and graphics comprising the Time2Quote platform are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by UK and international intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your internal business purposes only.

You retain full ownership of the content you create using Time2Quote, including your quote data, company information, and documents. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Time2Quote is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. We are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of any AI-generated content produced by the service; you are solely responsible for reviewing all quotes before sending them to your clients.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable UK law.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or for any other reason on reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, during which you may export it, after which it will be permanently deleted subject to our legal obligations.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes by email or an in-app notice. If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect. Continued use of Time2Quote after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
